NEXT RUNG / iOS

Privacy Policy

This policy describes data handling in Next Rung for iPhone, on the support website, and when you contact support by email.

1. Who is responsible

Developer and responsible individual: Дмитро Євтушенко.

For Next Rung support and privacy questions: Tsukerman.corp@gmail.com.

2. Information stored on your device

Next Rung stores active and completed workouts, exercises, sets, training weights, repetitions, time and distance. Equipment and timer settings, plans, templates and program cycles are also stored locally.

An optional profile may include age, sex, height, body weight, date, goals, training experience and a movement-restriction flag. Language and measurement-unit preferences are stored on the device.

3. Optional Apple Health integration

Apple Health integration is initially off. If you enable it and grant the relevant permissions, Next Rung can read the latest body-weight record, workouts overlapping your workout in time, and active energy.

The app can write a completed strength workout, its timestamps, pauses, synchronization identifiers and, when configured, a MET-based estimated energy amount. Next Rung does not write body weight to Apple Health.

Local synchronization information includes Health record identifiers, source, energy, export status and errors. Pending exports may resume when you open the app.

You can change permissions through Apple Health or iOS settings. Turning integration off does not delete records already written to Apple Health. Manage those records separately in Apple Health when needed.

4. iPhone system features

Live Activity can show the workout and exercise name, set, timers, training volume and calories on system surfaces, including the Lock Screen. Consider whether people nearby can see this information.

Device backups, Apple Health synchronization and system diagnostics may depend on your Apple and iOS settings. This document does not claim that information never leaves the device.

5. Transfers and external services

The inspected source version contained no Next Rung-operated server, CloudKit, third-party packages, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, or explicit app network requests. This is a source-review finding, not a guarantee that system networking does not occur.

The app contains a link to pacompendium.com that you can choose to open. Visiting an external site is subject to that site's data practices.

6. Support requests

When you email Tsukerman.corp@gmail.com, your sender address, message and attachments are transmitted to that mailbox and processed by the email service.

Support emails are read by the developer, Дмитро Євтушенко, to respond to your request. Correspondence and attachments for a closed support request are deleted 12 months after the request is closed. You can contact the same email address with questions about your correspondence or to request its deletion.

Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary health information. Hide private information in screenshots.

7. Retention, deletion and requests

App information is stored locally. No general file-export or delete-all control was found in the inspected version. Support has no mechanism to remotely erase local app data.

Removing the app must not be treated as deleting backups or Apple Health records. No Health-record deletion calls were found in the inspected code.

For questions about access, correction, deletion or applicable privacy rights, contact Tsukerman.corp@gmail.com. The retention period for closed support requests is described above.

8. Adult audience and website

Next Rung is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
